An Analysis on the changes on Supply chain flow on post covid-19 pandemic era: A Case study on RMG Industry in Bangladesh

Abstract

Epidemic COVID-19 has severely affected the global garment industry and paralyzed the
supply chain management of the garment industry. This study has been conducted to
understand the impact of COVID-19 on the supply chain management flow of the garment
industry. Data were collected through direct interviews among 17 industry expert groups and
direct surveys among 38 RMG employees. The study found that the epidemic had severely
affected the supply chain system of Bangladesh's RMG industry and affected the entire supply
system through supply management. The supply chain management components have been
fully analyzed on the basis of survey results through statistical analysis and it has been observed
that the major components of the supply chain correlate with each other, affecting all of them
due to one component flow obstruction. The supply chain management components have been

there will be inconsistencies between the supply chain flow after the epidemic. Some theoretical and practical strategies have
