The purpose of this study is to investigate the barriers to adoption of sustainable circular supply chain management (CSCM) in the textile industry of Bangladesh. Traditional operating models in this field have significantly hindered the effective implementation of CSCM. This study examines the challenges of implementing a sustainable circular supply chain in the textile industry. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles that must be overcome for a successful transition. His research uses the Fuzzy DEMATEL method to classify more complex obstacles. Implementation of CSCM. Known for analyzing complex systems with interconnected causal relationships, DEMATEL's approach has been enhanced by fuzzy technology. It transforms linguistic concepts into fuzzy numbers, capturing different experiences and perspectives, and helps create a clear structural model. The results of this study will provide the textile industry with valuable insights to help create strategies for effective CSCM implementation. A major challenge in implementing circular supply chains is reverting to traditional practices when obstacles arise. Therefore, this transition requires informed leadership and strong leadership. In addition to addressing these internal issues, the scope of lean implementation should be expanded. Our study is one of the first to systematically identify and assess barriers to CSCM adoption in the Bangladesh textile industry, contributing to the growing body of knowledge in the field.
